What this site is
This site describes onMain and what it costs. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract, and the prices it lists may change.
Signing up
onMain is not open for self-serve sign-up yet. Nothing on this site creates an account, reserves a place or commits either of us to anything.
onMain itself
onMain runs at its own address, app.onmain.io, and you will have an account there only once you sign up for one. It has its own terms, which you accept when you sign in, and its own privacy notice. These terms cover neither.
Our content
The words, design and code of this site are ours. You are welcome to link to any page.
Using the site
Please do not try to disrupt this site or the servers behind it.
Other sites
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise either.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Liquidsoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and its total liability to you for anything arising from it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state courts of St. Louis County, Missouri, or the federal courts of the Eastern District of Missouri.
