Liquidsoft is the company. onMain is its product. Liquidsoft is also onMain’s first agency customer, which is the part worth being specific about.
No private door
As a tenant, Liquidsoft is an agency-plan firm exactly like any other: its staff sign in by the same mechanism every firm’s staff use, its hosts are ordinary rows in the same table as yours, its settings are an ordinary firm’s settings, and nothing in the code names it.
Why that matters to you
A private door for the first customer means one sign-in path no other customer exercises, an infrastructure rule with one exception, and a claim that the product’s own gate is good enough for everyone but its maker. So Liquidsoft uses the gate it ships.
What the operator does keep
Running the platform and owning the Standard versions published on it. That privilege is expressed in data — a version marked as the platform’s — and never in a different door.
