onMain Agency is the same loop, plus a second population: the clients. The plans, decisions and requirements your agents already write become the thing a client can read — on your domain, not ours.
What the agency edition adds
Clients, contracts, milestones, invoices, change requests, correspondence, the client portal, and the white-label hosts under your own domain. Nothing about the loop changes; a second audience is admitted to it.
A client never lands on an onMain host
Your staff work at app.onmain.io until you bring a host of your own. Your clients only ever use app.[your-domain], under a domain you have verified — so onmain.io is only ever your own workspace, and "your domain" is only ever your clients, in marketing, in support and in the address bar alike.
The process is the deliverable
A contract has milestones; a milestone has cards; a card takes a plan, and the plan cites the decisions it rests on. That chain is already how the work is built, so showing a client where their money went is reading a record rather than writing a report.
